How to Order

The first step to take is to contact Nicola to discuss your requirements.

If you wish to purchase an existing model then Nicola will send you details for the payment and collection of your piece. A holding period of one week applies during which time payment needs to be finalised to secure your piece.   Please note that pieces on sale in a retail outlet remain under the care of that outlet.  You would need to contact the outlet to arrange your purchase.
 

If you would like a piece made to order, then Nicola will arrange an appointment with you to discuss fabrics, colours and design. You may have a garment you would like to bring to the appointment.

 

Nicola will advise the cost of the piece which depends on the elements of the design. A 25% deposit is required to commence your order with final payment on collection.  The deposit is not refunded in the case of client cancellation.

Nicola accepts cash,  direct bank deposit or Paypal (additional 2.4% as charged by Paypal).

In general, allow 3-6 weeks to complete your order. Peak times occur in spring and summer, especially leading up to Melbourne Cup and Christmas.  Some products are dependant on supplier availability.
